Organic North Texas Wedding from Jen Rios Weddings | Anna + Jeffrey
by Lindsey Craig September 13
SWEET BEGINNINGS: Anna and Jeff met through the biology graduate program at Texas Christian University.
PERFECT PROPOSAL: On a whim one night, Anna and Jeff went to Steel City Pops. Jeff had just picked up the engagement ring earlier that day and had been carrying it in his pocket. He put the ring on Anna’s finger, took a bite of his popsicle and asked her to marry him!
HUES SHE USED: Anna incorporated neutral tones to play into the classic and natural theme, which revolved around the couple simply being themselves.
BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: Anna had an incredible organic-style bouquet with silver dollar eucalyptus, rosemary, lavender clematis, lilac and white ranunculus, pink charm daffodils, lavender and white majolica spray roses wrapped in Bellame ribbon. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were a fragrant and organic bundle of silver dollar eucalyptus and rosemary.
SAYING “I DO”: As Anna walked down the aisle, she was overcome with the beauty and joy of the special moment. The room was filled with friends and family gathered to join the couple on this magical day and share the memories with them.
ADVICE: Anna wants future brides to know how important it is to be yourself and enjoy the process. She believes that it’s your party and it should reflect you! Anna and Jeff followed this advice as they weren’t afraid to add details that reflected their personalities. The couple entered the reception to the “Main Theme/Overture” from Star Wars by John Williams!
